The treatments and process offered are usually beneficial when used correctly and seldom cause any problem. In the rare case that underlying, pre-existing conditions may render the online subscriber, client/member susceptible to injury, OWL/OS! practitioners, healers, therapists and caregivers, of course will not provide care if we are aware that such care may be contraindicated. Treatments and processes for whatever online subscriber, client/member is suffering from: latent pathological defect, illnesses, or deformities which are not disclosed by online subscriber, client/member in the online client/member health history intake form and during the initial consultation and would otherwise not be known or come to the attention of the OWL/OS! Does render the OWL/OS! indemnified and held harmless. Additionally, when online subscribers, client/member’s actions are deemed by OWL/OS! To be non- compliant or contrary to Self-healing protocols offered and consented to in this Consent To Care agreement OWL/OS! Accepts no liability and remains indemnified and held harmless.
